The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education is accepting proposals for research studies proposals focusing on the role of the nurse leader in patient safety and experience and clinician well-being specifically related to professionalism, professional appearance and/or professional demeanor. With an application deadline of Oct. 8, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. CT, the Foundation will award up to $16,000 in grant funding for this research.

Applications must be submitted online. Funding for this research is made possible by a gift to the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú from Strategic Partners, Inc., whose mission is to provide professional and organizational development opportunities through research, education, publishing and other events where health care professionals can engage in a collaborative and disciplined model.
