The Moderating Role of Psychological Power Distance on the Relationship
Between Moral Disengagement and Obedience to Authority in Senior Healthcare
Executives
You are invited to participate in a research study about the health care executive. The purpose of this study is to establish a better understanding of whether there is a relationship between moral disengagement, i.e., the act of turning moral courage off or on, and compliance with your superior鈥檚 directives. This relationship will be examined in the context of the degree of power in your relationship with your boss.
Your participation in this study involves completing online surveys that will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
