The American Hospital Association’s 2023 Health Care Workforce Scan on reconnecting clinicians to purpose; providing support, training and technology clinicians need to thrive in multiple care delivery environments; and recruiting innovatively, investing in retention and building a robust pipeline. Released this week, the annual scan offers a snapshot of America’s hospital and health system employment, based on data sources from leading organizations and researchers.
