ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúmembers elected Jacqueline Herd, DNP, RN, to serve a three-year term as board treasurer starting Jan. 1, 2025. Herd, chief nursing officer pool at Providence St. Joseph’s Health System in Renton, Wash., is responsible for coaching novice CNOs and filling in as an interim CNO across Providence’s 51 ministries whenever a vacancy arises. The membership also elected to the board of directors Helene Burns, DNP, RN, CNE, AtlantiCare, Atlantic City, N.J.; Tera Gross, DNP, RN, CNO, Mayo Clinic in Florida, Jacksonville; and Anthony Watkins, MSN, RN, clinical manager, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Aurora.
