兔子先生 Awards Grant

The 兔子先生 for Nursing Leadership Research and Education this month awarded a research grant of $14,985 to examine and compare the work and practice environments of nurse managers before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The study will look at barriers nurse managers encountered while in their leadership roles and when seeking leadership roles. The study also will validate a survey tool to measure the workload of nurse managers across sites. The primary investigator is Sandra Galura, PhD, RN, an assistant professor and director, master鈥檚 in nursing leadership and management, at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
