ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú opens call for research
The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education issued a call for research proposals to explore questions pertaining to leadership equity and equitable health care. This call supports an increasingly diverse nurse leader population, with an emphasis on front-line nurse leaders, as they work in health care environments with growing emphasis on social determinants of health and health care equity. The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú encourages studies that are translatable to practice or set the groundwork for continued funded outcomes-focused research. The foundation will award one grant of $15,000; the deadline to apply is Jan. 19, 2023. A gift from AMN Healthcare made the opportunity possible.
