ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú seeks research on nurse manager value
The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú for Nursing Leadership Research and Education will award a grant of $15,000 for a research project demonstrating the value of the nurse manager. The ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú wants to support front-line nurse leaders or managers directly overseeing clinical staff nurses, as they lead in changing health care environments. Through this funding, the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú intends to support the generation of timely, innovative and cost-effective solutions that hospitals can implement to improve the work experience for nurse managers.
