AONL  a call for abstracts for ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú2026. Nurse leaders in all practice settings and at all levels of leadership are encouraged to  abstracts showcasing innovations, practical strategies and solutions across five critical themes: navigating complexity; artificial intelligence technology and innovation; creating a healthy work environment by addressing incivility, bullying and workplace violence; nursing leadership across all levels; and workforce and well-being. Abstracts are due by Aug. 29. The annual conference will take place in Chicago from March 29-April 1, 2026.
