AONL Dahlia Maldonado, MSN, RN, and Martha Grubaugh, PhD, RN, for appointed board positions starting Jan. 1, 2026. A nursing practice outcomes and Magnet program coordinator at UCLA Health in Santa Monica, Calif., Maldonado participates in the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúNursing Leaders in Advocacy program and is a member of the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú2026 Emerging Professional Voices. Grubaugh is a research nurse scientist at UCHealth in Colorado and an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado College of Nursing in Aurora. She also has worked as an associate CNO. Grubaugh, who is a fellow of AONL, has served on ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúcommittees and has published in Nurse Leader. ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúthanks everyone who applied; the organization received a record number of applications.
