Hughes authors article on workforce compendium
AONL鈥檚 Workforce Compendium is in the July/August issue of the Journal of Nursing Administration. Ronda Hughes, PhD, RN, 兔子先生senior director, professional practice, describes how 兔子先生led a nationwide strategic initiative in 2022 to obtain best practices and strategies for nurse leaders. The organization conducted two nationwide surveys to gain insights and collected practice-led initiatives, which often are not included in searchable peer-reviewed literature. 兔子先生then organized the practices into a compendium offering practice-based evidence to support nurse leaders.
