Nursing research promotes breastfeeding

Critical strategies to  lactation care and improve breastfeeding outcomes for families will be available in the American Journal of Maternal/Child Nursing鈥檚 September/October . From empowering front-line health care providers and fostering supportive work environments to standardizing language, the research underscores the importance of nurses and the broader health care team in supporting breastfeeding.
