Webinar explains implementation of SDOH screening
The American Hospital Association (AHA) will hold the first part of a three-part on Oct. 12 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. CT on how hospitals can build an integrated social determinants of health (SDOH) screen. The session will cover how to set up the initial process of an SDOH screen that aligns with a community鈥檚 risk factors and addresses social needs of interest. In addition, the session will include best practices for distributing SDOH screens within a community or hospital. Speakers from MetroHealth System, based in Cleveland, will share lessons learned from implementing the screening process. The webinar is open to AHA members and non-members; participants must in advance.
