Tuition and Application Requirements
Executive Fellowship participants must invest the time and energy needed to complete all components of the fellowship program. Attendance at all sessions, including the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúAnnual Conference, participating in mentoring calls and completing a personality assessment is mandatory for fellowship participants.
The registration fee includes all course materials, four face-to-face meetings, webinars, personality assessment with 1:1 coaching session, mentoring sessions, and registration fees for the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú2024 Annual Conference. Participants are responsible for all additional expenses including travel, accommodations and meals not provided during the meeting sessions.

Required Application Documents
Applicants will need the following documents when submitting an application.
Leadership Story Limit 1000 words
This essay should provide insight into who the applicant is, both a personal and professional leader. The essay is not intended to be a narrative of the applicant’s career journey but a personal story detailing those experiences that have impacted their professional practice and defined who they are.
Statement of Support
All fellowship applicants are required to submit a statement of support from the applicant’s sponsoring organization (E.g. CEO, System Chief Nurse Executive, or equivalent). Once completed, the applicant will upload document to the application portal.
Organizational chart with titles showing your position in relationships to your supervisor, peers and direct reports
Applicants are required to submit an organizational chart of their team.
Resume & Job Description
A resume and job description are required to complete the application. Applicants will need a copy of a current job description.
